Some current musical favorites...

• Favorite new band: Built By Snow. Their EP Noise is awesome. Pure catchiness enveloped in the nerd-rock-that's-not-nerdy subgenre.
• Favorite label: Public Eyesore. They just keep putting out stuff that no one else would ever release. I smile a little inside everytime a review package from them comes in the mail.
• Favorite Polish hip-hop release of 2008 so far: O.S.T.R.'s Ja tu tylko sprzątam. His flow is as good as ever and with outstanding production and guests like El da Sensei, Sadat X (!), and Brother J (!!), how can you go wrong? Sadat made me do a double-take when he name-dropped Lech Walesa.
