Not fun: waking up Monday morning to a house so cold that it's below what the thermostat can read (ie. < 60 degrees). Reason: the pilot light on the gas heat has gone out. Repairman coming this afternoon.

A space heater and the gas fireplace will keep at least two rooms warm.

Update: It was the igniter. Expensive little bugger, too.
