After seeing that Michael Savage was fired for telling a "sodomite" caller to "get AIDS and die," I cheered. But then I saw this:
The incident that resulted in his firing began innocently enough. Savage was taking viewer phone calls about airline horror stories, and a male caller began talking about smoking in the bathroom.
"Half an hour into the flight, I need to suggest that Don and Mike take your ..." the caller said, before he was cut off and his words became unintelligible.
Don and Mike? As in the radio talk show hosts?
Yup. Turns out it was just a Don and Mike fan prank calling Savage's show.
I wonder if Savage knew it was a prank call when he made the dumb ass comment that would get him fired...
10:58 AMThey mentioned it briefly yesterday, and said they would talk about it more today, play the tape of it, and explain who Savage is to the majority of us who never saw what I assume was his unwatchable and pathetic program.
Get AIDS? I mean, come on Savage, if you really wanted that to happen, you should have arranged for the caller to have sex with your grandmother.

He speaks the truth and some of you are not ready to hear the truth...Don't judge him before you really listen to him...he is right 100% of the time...listen and you will see.
