Benjamin Sifrit found guilty of one of two murders

Thanks to Patrick for passing along this news story: Benjamin Sifrit has been convicted for the murder of Martha Crutchley, but was cleared in the murder of her husband, Joshua Ford. He was also convicted as an accessory for the dismemberment of the two bodies afterwards.

It boggles the mind of any intelligent person as to how the jury came up with a split verdict in these heinous murders. It doesn't leave much faith in the current jury system or for that matter the people in that area that they poole from.Justice has not been served here.The victims have been victimized twice,as have their families.

It makes a lot of sense that since BJ did not act as the primary aggressor that his sentence was much less that the mastermind of these heinous murders, his wife.
