The Towing Company Posse Hits the Ping

Wow.

A towing company discussion forum must have linked to the Daily Ping because slews of people converged yesterday on Why Towing Companies Are the Scum of the Earth. Most of them weren't very happy, either. I'm not quite sure why.

(Also noted: that Ping is the fifth result for "towing companies" on Google.)

Jesus. I wonder what happened to make THAT many people write about towing on the same day. It's a little eerie.

And all this time I thought you had been faithful to Huyen, but come to find out you had a girlfriend (or was it a wife?) on the side! And she was parked at your complex, too! Geez!! ;)

Predatory towing is a nationwide epidemic. In some cases (like Chicago Illinois's Richard Gacho: manager of New City Towing), the tow truck company folks are ex-convicts, coincidentally with criminal backgrouns like burglary, auto theft, firearms, etc.

Check out my blog with various useful links and information about this epidemic: http://towingandautotheft.blogspot.com
