I was watching a taped recording of Card Sharks tonight and thought I'd bring the game to my blog. Here's a question that was asked of the contestants:
We asked 100 congressmen in Washington, DC: do you believe that aliens from another planet have landed on earth? How many congressmen said, yes, they believe alien life has landed on our planet?
The show is from 1978/1979, if that matters.
Go ahead and guess. I'll post the answer in the comments section after a few people post their guesses.

Amazing.
I'd be curious to see how that question would be answered today.
