Even though the shots were fired in broad daylight, there are no witnesses to today's shooting in Fredericksburg. The shootings may be connected to yesterday's seemingly random murders in Maryland and one last night in DC.

The Fredericksburg woman is alive and at Mary Washington Hospital.

Incidentally, the parking lot she was shot in was at the Michael's craft store that Huyen worked at in the summer of 1997 (it was an M.J. Designs then). Freaky.
