Yes! That is awesome, buddy! Those people deserve to get royally screwed. There was NO excuse for how they handled the matter. Sheesh, I'd put them at the top of the list of morons along with all DMV and insurance employees!
People have such a problem admitting they actually made a mistake, dont' they? I love when a company makes a human error, refuses to acknowledge it, and then makes you go through hell to fix it!
