twist of fait accomplis
Whew... it's been a busy week so far (in a good way), and there's still a lot more left to it...
This week is the "catch up with friends week," apparently. Tuesday night, I met up with Dave Wrubel for a Washington Psychotronic Film Society showing of Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter (my soul is now eternally damned to Hell). Last night, Huyen and I headed to the Tastee 29 Diner in Fairfax to have dinner with Arquay, aka the laze.net stalker (she has entire sections of laze.net committed to memory... it's scary). Lotsa' laughs, as is always the case when hanging with Arquay, and she gave us the full update on a lot of college friends we've lost touch with. Tomorrow night is dinner and a flick with the Greeneltches and Saturday, dinner with Huyen's high school friends Ann and Becky. Whew.
To top it off, earlier this week a reporter from Newsweek interviewed me for a "possible article" she's working on about blogging. Needless to say, that's a bit exciting.
I've also got a new redesign about to launch (this weekend?), some new music collaborations in the works, and fun time in the woods just a few weeks away.
Life's a racecar driven by Jason Priestly, and I'm holding onto the back bumper with a silly grin on my face.
12:42 PMThis has been a whirlwind week for me, too. Is there something in the air?
