twist of fait accomplis
Huyen and I held off on ordering our "official" wedding album because of the expense, deciding we'd save up for a little while before going through our proofs and making an order. Indeed, the album we ended up ordering at our meeting the other day with our photographer cost almost as much as the computer we just bought. It's quite an industry, wedding photography.
With that said, though, I've got to say that the one part of our wedding that we were 100% happy with was our photography. Sarah Huntington and Mouncey Ferguson worked wonderfully as a team and managed to capture all the important moments of the evening on film. We highly recommend them (though I'm not sure if Mouncey is still doing wedding photography) if anyone out there is looking for a good photographer for their upcoming nuptials.
It really is amazing, though, at how much a wedding costs. But it's worth every penny. (Except for when your caterer screws you for $150, but that's another story for another time...)
12:17 PMAwwwww... but we LIKE hearing that story.

Our album still has Chris's mom with her eye in her forehead, mostly because we've been terribly lazy about pressing on with the handling of that whole situation... but it never should have happened in the first place. Anyway, when you come down to Raleigh (hint hint), you'll have to bring the album... we wanna see it!
