twist of fait accomplis
Ugh.
So I had my cavity filled today... that'll teach me to avoid the dentist for years at a time. I won't bore you with the details of my dental health, but he said the two words I really hoped not to hear: root canal. Fortunately, I don't have to have one done, but if this particular cavity doesn't heal properly, he said it is a possibility.
It's amazing how much goes into filling a cavity in something as small as a tooth. It's also amazing that I didn't feel any pain earlier considering that it had gotten down almost into the nerve. I've learned my lesson.
05:28 PMmaybe you should lay off the morphine for a while... it dulls the senses.

Posted by: Rob on June 14, 2002 11:49 AMDidn't you mean one should never brush in his/her life and let the cavity eat your teeth? Duh! that's rubbish.
